In recent years, there has been a demand for tape recorders that are small, lightweight, portable, and capable of long-term recording and playback, and in response to this demand, for example, microcassette tape recorders have been developed.
The next requirement for such a microcassette tape recorder is to make the shapes and combinations of the various parts organic, to reduce the number of parts, and to ensure smooth and reliable operation. It is to do so. In particular, for example, if you operate the rewind control in the recording mode, the record control will be unlocked at the operating position and will enter the review mode, allowing you to rewind. A more user-friendly and high-performance model equipped with various mechanisms such as a mechanism that automatically starts playing the previously recorded content (when you stop operating the controls) and an automatic stop mechanism (AOS). , is strongly requested.

Furthermore, when the fast-forward operator 17 is operated, the reel stand 32 rotates faster in the direction of arrow C than during playback.
When the rewind operator 18 is operated, the reel stand 31 rotates at high speed in the direction of arrow D, and the tape recorder mechanism section 1
2 is a fast forward state and a rewind state. The recording, playback, fast forward, and rewind controls 15 to 18 are locked in their operating positions, but the locking of these controls 15 to 18 in their respective operating positions is due to the stop and eject controls. It can be canceled by operating 19.
When the stop/eject operator 19 is operated once, when any one of the recording, playback, fast forward, and rewind operators 15 to 18 is being operated, the stop/eject operator 19 releases the lock of the operator 15 to 18.
When operated for the second time, an eject member 41 provided near the motor 37 is rotated in the direction of the arrow in the figure, so that the microtape cassette can be ejected. In this microcassette tape recorder, ejecting means opening a cassette lid (not shown) covering the upper part of the tape recorder mechanism section 12, and the user can directly attach and detach the microtape cassette by hand.

Here, in this tape recorder mechanism section 12, when the fast forward or rewind operators 17, 18 are operated while the playback operator 16 is operated, the fast forward or rewind operators 17, 18 are not locked at the operating position. , it is in the queue or review state only while the press operation is being performed. Furthermore, if the rewind operator 18 is operated in a recording state in which both the recording and playback operators 15 and 16 are operated, only the recording operator 15 is unlocked, and the rewind operator 18 is locked at the operating position. First, it is in the review state only while the pressing operation is being performed, and when the operation is stopped, the playback state is entered by the playback operator 16, which is kept locked in the operating position, and the previously recorded content can be immediately played back. This is what is called a quick review. Furthermore, this tape recorder mechanism section 12 is provided with an automatic stop mechanism that operates only in the recording or playback state.

By arranging each of the operators 15 to 19 as described above, operability can be rationally improved, and the structure can also be rationally reduced in size. That is, the operators 15 to 18 for running the tape are arranged in a row, and the operator 1 for stopping the tape running is arranged in a row.
9 are provided in separate rows, so the user can easily and accurately determine which operators are used for running the tape and stopping the tape running, sufficiently preventing erroneous operations and improving operability. It is.
This means that, for example, when an undesirable phenomenon such as tape winding occurs while the tape is being played back, users may accidentally operate the fast forward, rewind, etc. controls 17 and 18 in an attempt to immediately stop the tape running. It is also related to tape protection, such as being able to sufficiently prevent.

Suppose that the button is pressed in the direction of the arrow in the figure. Then,
The playback operation slider 59 is also slid in the same direction,
The head lever 62 and the transmission lever 64 supported by the pin 595 of the regeneration operation slider 59 are also moved upward in the figure. At this time, the head lever 62 is urged counterclockwise in the figure by the spring 63 around the pin 595, and its rotation is controlled by the head lever 62 being moved by the regeneration operation slider 59.
The head lever 62 is moved in parallel to the position shown in FIG. 8 while remaining in the state shown in FIG. . Therefore, the recording/reproducing head 39 is moved upward in the figure and comes into contact with the tape surface of a microtape cassette (not shown).

Also, since the playback operation slider 59 is moved upward in the figure, the stepped portion 599 is aligned with the pinch lever 61.
The pinch lever 61 is rotated counterclockwise in the figure by the biasing force of the torsion spring 65, and the pinch roller 38 is pressed against the capstan 33 via the tape. It is something. At this time, the protrusion 162 of the playback operator 16 presses the protection member 726 of the switch 72, and the contact piece 7
The engaging electrodes 723 and 724 of 21 and 722 are brought into contact with each other. Therefore, the motor 37 rotates clockwise in FIG. 4, causing the gear pulley 81 and flywheel 89 to rotate in the same direction. here,
Since the gear 812 of the gear pulley 81 is normally meshed with the gear 45, the reel stand 32 rotates clockwise via the gears 45 and 44, and the tape is played back.

Therefore, according to the above configuration, since the head lever 62 is directly attached to the regeneration operation slider 59 via the pin 595, it is possible to sufficiently contribute to reducing the number of parts and simplifying the configuration, and also to ensure reliable operation. It is possible to perform certain actions.
In this regard, in conventional tape recorders, the playback operation slider and the head chassis to which the recording/playback head is attached are interlocked via a spring or another member, or by mechanical engagement with each other. . For this reason, the number of parts tends to increase, which leads to a complicated structure and an increase in size, and when the parts are made small, there is a problem that the engaged state is uncertain and malfunctions are likely to occur.

However, since the head lever 62 is directly attached to the regeneration operation slider 59 rather than simply engaged, the interlocking relationship between the regeneration operation slider 59 and the head lever 62 can be achieved naturally and reliably, and the number of parts can be reduced. It is possible to promote the simplification of the configuration, and in turn, it can sufficiently contribute to downsizing of the tape recorder.
Further, in particular, in conventional tape recorders, the playback operation slider and the head chassis are arranged in a plane so that they slide in the same direction, resulting in an inconvenience that the occupied area becomes large. However, in the above configuration, the playback operation slider 59 and the head lever 62 are made substantially perpendicular to each other and are attached using the pin 595, so the attachment means is extremely simple and no space is required for attachment, and in this respect, the playback operation slider 59 and the head lever 62 are also compact. This will be advantageous for

In addition, a protrusion 162 formed on the playback operator 16
Since the drive switch 72 of the motor 37 is directly turned on and off using the switch, there is no need for a separate switch slider or the like as in the past, and the configuration is extremely simple and reliable switch switching is performed. It is something that can be done. Furthermore, the playback operator 16 (including the other operators 15, 17 to 19) protrudes from the tape recorder cabinet 11 to the outside. Disposing the switch 72 within the movement path of the playback operator 16 essentially means that the switch 72 is disposed close to the outside of the cabinet 11. This means that the switch 72
This means that it cannot be placed within 2. That is,
In tape recorders that are designed to be miniaturized, various parts are densely arranged on the main chassis 30.
Moreover, it is impossible to provide the switch 72 on the main chassis 30, and providing a space for installing the switch 72 is contrary to miniaturization. Therefore, by directly turning the switch 72 on and off with the playback operator 16, the switch 72 is installed outside the tape recorder mechanism 12, and reliable switch switching is possible. It is possible to organically promote the

Here, in the above-described playback state, as shown in FIG. 9, the playback operation slider 59 moves upward in the figure, so that the bent locking piece 593 separates from the protruding piece 502 of the locking member 50. . For this reason,
The lock member 50 is a torsion spring 51
It rotates counterclockwise in FIG. 9 due to the urging force (see FIG. 5). At this time, the rotation of the locking member 50 is such that the locking portion 501 is connected to the recording operation slider 49.
It is bent to a position facing the locking piece 492 (see FIG. 5). Therefore, even if you try to operate the recording operation element 15 in the playback state, the bent locking piece 492 of the recording operation slider 49 comes into contact with the locking part 501 of the locking member 50, making it impossible to operate it. This is designed to prevent follow-up recording.

Further, suppose that the fast-forward operator 17 is pressed in the above-described playback state, as shown in FIG. Then, the bent locking piece 663 (see FIG. 5) formed on one side of the fast-forward operation slider 66
It comes into contact with one end of the connecting lever 85 and rotates the connecting lever 85 counterclockwise in FIG. Therefore, the bending engagement piece 611 of the pinch lever 61 and the one part 641 of the transmission lever 64 are connected to the connecting lever 8.
5, the pinch lever 61 and the transmission lever 64 are respectively rotated slightly clockwise in the figure. As a result, the pinch roller 38 separates from the capstan 33 and the transmission lever 64
One side 641 of the head lever 62 presses the bent engagement piece 623 of the head lever 62 and rotates the head lever 62 slightly clockwise in the figure against the biasing force of the spring 63, so that the recording/playback head 39 It is retracted until it touches the surface. At this time, the tape is run at high speed in the fast-forward direction, and the tape recorder mechanism 12 is placed in a fast-forward playback state, a so-called queue state. Here, as shown in FIG.
98 is locked to the bent portion 764 of the lock plate 76, the lock portion 662 of the fast-forward operation slider 66 is configured not to be bent by the bent portion 765 of the lock plate 76. Therefore, the queue state can occur only while the fast-forwarding operator 17 is pressed.

In such a recording state, the rewind operator 18
Suppose you operate Then, as described above, the connection lever 85 is rotated counterclockwise in FIG. 10, and the transmission lever 64 is rotated clockwise in the figure. At this time, as shown in FIG.
The other part 642 of 4 is the upright piece 50 of the lock member 50.
3, and rotates the locking member 50 clockwise in FIG. Therefore, the locking portion 501 of the locking member 50 is disengaged from the bent locking piece 492 of the recording operation slider 49, and only the recording operation slider 49 is unlocked at its operating position. Thereafter, if the rewind operator 18 is continued to be pressed, the rewind operator 18 enters the review state as described above.
When the operation is stopped, the playback operation element 11 remains locked at the operating position, so the playback state continues. That is, a so-called quick review is performed in which the previously recorded content can be automatically rewound as a review state simply by operating the rewind operator 18, and then played back by stopping the operation of the rewind operator 18. It is something that can be done.

Next, the operation of the tape recorder mechanism section 12 when the rewind operator 18 is operated will be explained. That is, as shown in FIG. 11, when the rewind operator 18 is pushed to the right in the figure, the rewind operation slider 77 is also moved in the same direction. Therefore, the inclined portion 774 of the rewind operation slider 77 allows the pin 79 of the rewind slider 79 to

In this state, when the rewind operation slider 77 is operated upward in the figure, the rewind slider 79 is slid to the right in the figure, as shown in FIG. 12b, and the gear 812 and the gear 47 are It's something that fits together. At this time, each pin 753, 755 is positioned at the right end (wide side) of the elongated hole 791, 792. At this time, the pin 795 of the rewind slider 79 is pressed by the inclined portion 774 of the rewind operation slider 77, so the rewind slider 79 as a whole is rotated slightly counterclockwise in the figure. It turns out. This means that
This means that the gear 812 can be meshed with the gear 47 without any modification, as seen from the direction of rotation.

Therefore, as described above, the guide portion 309
By forming the recording slider 55, the recording slider 55 can be guided without separately installing a guide pin or the like in the main chassis 30, and the number of parts can be reduced and the configuration can be extremely simple. Further, the guide portion 309 can be cut and bent at the same time by die cutting or the like, making manufacturing extremely easy.

Here, the reason why the width l 1 of the base portion 951 of the guide portion 309 is made smaller than the width l 2 of the tip portion 952 will be explained. In other words, when a predetermined portion of the main chassis 30 is cut and raised into a tongue shape, and the tip 952 of the cut and raised portion is bent so as to be approximately parallel to the surface of the main chassis 30, the bending pressure applied to the base 951 is Therefore, the base portion 951 is included in the width direction by the amount narrowed in the thickness direction. Therefore, taking into consideration the inclusion of the base 951 in the width direction, the width l 1 of the base 951 when cut and raised is
is made smaller than the width l 2 of the tip portion 952.

At this point, stop pressing the stop/eject operator 19, return it to its original position, and then return to the 20th position.
The stop/eject operator 19 is operated as shown in the figure. Then, the lock plate 76 slides in the direction of the arrow K in the figure, and as mentioned earlier, the protrusion 763
presses one end of the drive lever 86, causing the drive lever 86 to rotate in the direction of arrow L in the figure. Therefore, the eject lever 87 moves in the direction of the arrow M in the figure, and its stepped portion 871 engages with the engaging part 411 of the eject member 41, rotating the eject member 41 in the direction of the arrow O in the figure. An ejection operation is performed here. That is, when the stop/eject operator 19 is operated while the playback operator 16 is being operated, the playback operator 16 is unlocked, and when operated a second time, the double eject operation is performed. Next, the automatic stop mechanism of this tape recorder mechanism section 12 will be explained. That is, assuming that the tape recorder mechanism section 12 is now in the playback state, the flywheel 89 rotates in the direction of the arrow Q in the figure, as shown in FIG. , the gear 44 is rotated in the direction of arrow R, and stable tape playback is performed. At this time, the lock release lever 84 is activated by the torsion spring 785 (sixth

The lock release lever 84 is further rotated in the direction of arrow T. At this time, the other end of the lock release lever 84 presses the stepped portion 768 of the lock plate 76, causing the lock plate 76 to slide to the left in the figure. Therefore, the lock at the operating position of the playback operation slider 59 is released, and automatic stopping is performed at this point.

Here, the lock release lever 84 is the 26th lock release lever 84.
As shown in the figure, a long hole 842 is formed approximately in the center, and the main chassis 3 is located inside this long hole 842.
A pin 100 implanted in 0 is inserted through and rotatably supported. That is, the 27th
As shown in Figure a, when the lock release lever 84 is rotated (in the direction of arrow T in Figure 25) due to the rotation of the ASO lever 46, the lock release lever 84 still slides the lock plate 76. The stroke is not rotated enough. At this time, pin 10
0 is located at the left end of the elongated hole 842 in the figure. Then, the pin 891 of the flywheel 89 is struck by the tip of the engaging portion 841 of the lock release lever 84. Then, as shown in FIG. 27b, the pin 891 bites into the inclined portion of the engaging portion 841, and the lock release lever 84 is pulled until the pin 100 is located at the right end of the elongated hole 842 in the figure. and rotate clockwise in the figure. Therefore, the lock plate 76 is slid for the first time at this point, and automatic stopping is performed.

Therefore, a long hole 84 is formed in the lock release lever 84.
2, the pin 100 is located at the left end of the elongated hole 842 in FIG. 27 during tape playback and is biased in the direction of arrow D in the figure as shown in FIG. Therefore, the engaging portion 841 of the lock release lever 84 will not be inadvertently engaged with the pin 891 of the flywheel 89, and the regeneration operation can be performed stably. Further, at the end of the tape, the impact of the pin 891 causes the lock release lever 84 to have a rotation stroke sufficient to reliably engage the engaging portion 841 of the lock release lever 84 and the pin 891 and to slide the lock plate 76. The lock release lever 84 is moved to a position where it can be released, that is, the pin 100 is positioned at the right end of the elongated hole 842 in FIG.
It is possible to perform a reliable automatic stop.

Therefore, the rotation of the ASO lever 46 is prevented in fast forward, rewind, queue, and review conditions, so-called high-speed tape running conditions, and the ASO lever 46 is rotatable and automatically stopped in recording and playback conditions, so-called constant tape running conditions. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the automatic stop from malfunctioning.
In other words, in the automatic stop mechanism as described above, if the ASO lever 46 is made rotatable even when the tape is running at high speed, if the tape runs at high speed, it may be inadvertently caused by the vibrations and the tape pulling force during winding.
This causes the inconvenience that the ASO lever 46 rotates and automatically stops. For this reason, the ASO lever 46 is made rotatable only when the tape is running at a constant speed with relatively weak vibrations and tape pulling force during winding, thereby preventing the automatic stop from malfunctioning.

Assume that the switch 201 is turned on in the state shown in FIG. Then, resistor R 3 causes transistor Q 1
Since the emitter bias voltage of is specified, transistor Q 1 controls the tape running speed of 1.2 to the motor 37.
It is controlled to apply a divided voltage that causes the vehicle to travel 10% faster than [cm/sec] as a standard. On the other hand, when the switch 202 is turned on, the transistor Q 1 causes the motor 37 to set the tape running speed to 1.2 [cm/sec] as a reference.
It is controlled to apply a divided voltage that makes the vehicle run 10% slower. Also, increase the tape running speed.

Here, the switch S1 is not only switched in conjunction with the fast forward and rewind operation sliders 66, 77, but also in conjunction with the ASO lever 4 as shown in FIG.
It can also be switched in conjunction with the rotational movement of 6. In other words, the movable contact piece S 11 of switch S 1
are engaged with engagement pieces 465 and 466 that stand upright near the shaft 461 of the ASO lever 46. Although FIG. 31 shows two movable contact pieces S11 , they are connected to each other within the switch S1 and are actually a single electrode. Here, as mentioned earlier, under normal tape running at constant speed,
Since the ASO lever 46 is biased in the direction of arrow E in the figure, its engagement piece 465 presses the movable contact piece S11 and connects it to the fixed contact piece S12 . Then, when the tape reaches the end, the ASO
Since the lever 46 is rotated in the direction of arrow S in the figure,
The engagement piece 466 presses the movable contact piece S11 and is connected to the fixed contact piece S13 .

Therefore, when the ASO lever 46 is rotated in the direction of the arrow S in FIG. 31 , the movable contact piece S11 of the switch S1 is connected to the fixed contact piece S13 , so that The DC voltage +B of the power supply terminal 101 is applied to the motor 37, and the motor 37 is rotated with a larger rotational torque than when the tape is running at a constant speed. For this reason, pin 8 of flywheel 89
The force with which the lock plate 91 hits the engaging portion 841 of the lock release lever 84 can be increased, and the lock plate 76 can be reliably slid and unlocked.
