録面を再加熱し、記録面凸部に転写されたインクを記録
面凹部にまで融解・浸透させることにより、平滑度の低
い記録紙にも良好な印字品位を実現することを特徴とす
る感熱転写プリンタである。

転写された記録紙の記録面を再加熱し、該記録紙に前記
熱溶融性インクを浸透させるフラッシュ加熱器を、感熱
転写記録部後方に配置するとともに、前記フラッシュ加
熱器の発する熱エネルギを可変する可変器を備えたこと
を特徴とする感熱転写プリンタ。
