10の下降に要する時間よりも長い時間に亘り、
第1の出力手段SW,PVから出力される速度指
令信号を無効化し、かつ第2の出力手段25から
出力される速度指令信号を有効化して前記駆動モ
ータ3に出力するとともに、前記布押え足下降信
号を有効化して前記布押え駆動手段12に出力す
る制御手段21と からなることを特徴とする布押え足制御装置を備
