Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は防蝕カバー底部のシール調整機構に関
する。防蝕カバー、特に鋼管矢板(第1図参照)
の防蝕カバー取付けに際して、最も重要なのは継
手付近のシールである。この種の継手によつて連
結された鋼管は、継手の咬合状態によつて左右さ
れるから、常に一直線に整列するとは限らない。
従つて、継手、両鋼管及び防蝕カバーによつて囲
まれる空間形状は各々の箇所によつて異なり、一
定形状のシールを予め製作することができないの
である。従来は、現場合わせで個々に製作する
か、上方から弾性シール材を詰め込んでおり、か
なりの手間を要していた。そしてシール材を詰め
るにしても、これを支持する受台が必要であり、
何れにしても現場合わせは避けられない。本考案
はこの問題を解決するためになされたもので、一
定形状の受台を各隙間に対して調整できるように
なしてある。以下添附図面に従つて本考案の実施
例を詳述する。

このカバー延長部3aの内側に受台6が取付けら
れる。受台6は、継手2、両鋼管1,1、カバー
3で囲まれた隙間形状に近似し、これより稍小さ
目に作つておく。そして受台6は、第4図に示す
ように、ボルト7を介してカバー延長部3aに緩
く取付けられ、ボルト7はカバーの長孔5を貫通
してナツト8と螺合する。従つて受台6は横方向
に調整可能となり、継手2や鋼管1にぶつかるこ
となく適正箇所に設定できる。受台6の材質とし
てはF・R・Pや金属板を使用する。F・R・P
製の受台は寸法が大きくなると上方の充填剤によ
つて撓む虞れがあるから、この場合には受台6の
下面に支持板9を設置する。支持板9は金属製で
鋼管1か継手2に固着する。

ば、モルタル袋10の挿入が容易になる。モルタ
ル袋10を排して、受台6の周囲にシールを取付
けてもよい。モルタル袋10のシール効果を上方
から確認し難い場合は、カバー3に点検窓13を
設けて(第4図)、工事完了後に塞げばよい。更
に第5図に示すように、ボルト7を空洞にしてモ
ルタル袋10まで延長し、外方からモルタル14
を注入することもできる。この場合には、受台
6、モルタル袋10を予め一体にしておけば、施
工の際に便利である。
