非常照明用ランプを通して給電されたときに出力
を発生するランプ検知回路と、前記充電回路の出
力端に接続されて前記充電検知回路から出力が発
生しかつ前記ランプ検知回路から出力が発生した
ときに点灯して正常表示を行う表示器とを備えた
