リングパイプを周設し、この洗浄槽の底部に塩素
系有機溶剤からなる洗浄液を収容すると共に、こ
の洗浄液中に加熱媒体が通過する昇降パイプを配
設し、この昇温パイプの洗浄槽外にバイパスパイ
プを接続せしめ、このバイパスパイプと昇温パイ
プのそれぞれに開閉弁を設け、さらに、前記洗浄
槽の上方とクーリングパイプの下方に温度指示調
節器を配設し、少なくともクーリングパイプの下
方の温度指示調節器を昇温パイプとバイパスパイ
プの開閉弁に接続したことを特徴とする蒸気洗浄
