For example, in a dry cleaner that uses a solvent such as perchlorethylene to wash and dry clothing, etc., the clothing is placed in a processing drum, washed, and then the processing drum is rotated at high speed to remove liquid using centrifugal force. However, if clothes, etc. are unevenly distributed in the processing drum, uneven load of clothes, etc.
A larger excitation force is generated, causing the dry cleaner body to vibrate, and this vibration may be transmitted to the surrounding area through the ground, causing vibration pollution. For example, in a conventional dry cleaner having a drive system shown in FIG. 4, the following method was used as one method to prevent this vibration pollution. Figure 4 shows an example of driving the processing drum, and 2 shows the cleaning and
a cleaning motor 3 that drives the processing drum 1 at low speed during drying;
7 drives the processing drum 1 at high speed during liquid removal; 7 is a liquid removal motor that performs centrifugal liquid removal; 4 is an electromagnetic clutch that disconnects the washing motor 2 when the liquid motor taco is driven; 5.6, 7, 8.9 .1
0 is a V-pulley, 11.12.13 is a V-belt, and in Figure 1 and 4, sensors such as an acceleration house vibration detector and a vibration displacement measuring device are attached to the main body of the dry cleaner (not shown). The vibration monitoring circuit activates the vibration monitoring circuit, which temporarily stops the processing drum 1 from high-speed rotation driven by the liquid removing motor 3, corrects the unbalance of the clothing, etc., and then starts the processing drum 1 again. Deliquoring was performed by shifting from low-speed rotation by the cleaning motor 2VC to high-speed rotation by the delitting motor 3.

However, in the conventional method, the processing drum is rotated at high speed.
Since the process goes through a process of stopping, rotating at low speed, and then rotating at high speed, this pattern is repeated many times unless the imbalance of the clothing, etc. is corrected, resulting in an abnormally long processing time.

The present invention has been proposed to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and even if the machine vibration occurs due to unbalance of clothes etc. during the draining process, it can be done without stopping the processing drum each time. A cleaning machine that reduces the rotational speed of dewatering to a level that does not cause vibration pollution to prevent vibrations and shorten the processing time.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a side rotation speed method and a Vl position of ls.

According to the present invention, a washing machine 1 cm movement monitoring sensor is provided, a motor with variable speed control having a variable speed control device such as an inverter is used as a motor for washing and deliquoring, and a vibration monitoring sensor is used to monitor the vibration during delitting. When the motor operates, the deliquing rotation speed of the motor is reduced to a rotation speed at which the vibration monitoring sensor does not operate.
This enables continuous operation without stopping the rotation of the motor each time, thereby shortening the processing time and making it possible to provide vibration isolation.Furthermore, the deliquing rotation speed is increased by KX more than before. In addition, by using a motor with variable speed control, it is also possible to use a single motor as a conventional cleaning motor and a deliquoring motor, which solves the problems of the conventional method. It was made so that it could be resolved.

FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing the configuration of a deliquing rotation speed control device in a practical example of the present invention, and 57 is a machine stand (washing machine).
When a vibration monitoring sensor attached to the sensor detects a vibration larger than a predetermined vibration level, it turns on and sends a signal to the central control device 58. Reference numeral 59 is a dewatering strength memory circuit, which stores several types of dewatering strength, that is, the dewatering rotation speed N (for example, 500 rpm, 450 pm + 40 or p.
m + 35 Orpm l 30 Orpm) is memorized, and by selecting the 1 deliquing strength selection key 60, the set deliquing rotation speed is sent to the central control bag W58. Reference numeral 61 is a command voltage storage circuit which, when receiving an ON signal from the vibration monitoring sensor 57 via the central control unit 58, lowers a preset command voltage (for example, set to gradually decrease from 5V). In this way, the rotation speed of the processing drum 51 is increased to 45 Orp.
If the vibration monitoring sensor 57 is still in operation U even if the rotation speed has decreased to 50 m, the central control unit 58 receives the ON signal and further applies the command voltage (4V) in the same manner as above to lower the rotation. The signal is sent to the variable speed control device 53, and the main motor 52 is lowered by, for example, 400 rprn GC. When the processing drum 51 becomes 4QQrprn and the vibration monitoring sensor 57 becomes OFPK, the processing drum 51 becomes 40Q.
After deliquing operation is performed for a predetermined period of time at the same rpm, the process moves to the next step.

As described above, according to the present invention, even if abnormal vibration occurs due to the combination of a variable speed motor and a vibration monitoring sensor, the rotational speed for removing liquid is gradually lowered to an appropriate value without stopping the function each time. This makes it possible to increase the speed of deliquing and to increase the rotation rate of liquid removal more than before, which shortens processing time.Furthermore, less energy is required for drying in the post-process, which is highly effective in reducing running costs. be. Furthermore, by employing a variable speed control device such as an inverter, excellent effects can be achieved, such as the ability to use a dedicated motor or a dual-purpose motor for the deliquoring motor and cleaning motor.
