び第５図はシートバツクフレームの回動状態を夫
々示すもので、第４図は前倒状態の側面図、第５
図は起立状態の側面図、第６図及び第７図は従来
のヒンジ構造を夫々示すもので、第６図はハツチ
バツクタイプの車両用のリヤシートの一部斜視説
明図、第７図は一部の分解斜視図である。 図中、１１……シートバツク、１２……シート

Claims (1)
- リヤシートのシートバツクが左右方向に分割さ
れ、左右のシートバツクが各別に前倒し且つ起立
し得るようになされた車両用シートのヒンジ構造
において、左右のシートバツクの隣接する側部下
端にヒンジブラケツトが夫々固着され、該ヒンジ
ブラケツトには軸孔と、該軸孔と連続して形成さ
れた切欠部とが形成されると共に、ヒンジブラケ
ツトの内側部にストツパー部が形成され、車床側
に固定部材が固着され、該固定部材は基板に設け
られた左右方向に延びる軸部と、該軸部より突出
する突起部とを備え、前記軸部と突起部とがヒン
ジブラケツトの軸孔と切欠部よりヒンジブラケツ
トの内側に挿入され、シートバツクを起立させた
場合に、前記突起部がストツパー部に係止される
ようになされている事を特徴とする車両用リヤシ
ートのヒンジ構造。
