前記受光部８を、受光素子を収納する本体８１と
、冷媒中を透過した光を本体８１に導く光フアイ
バ８２と、吐出管５内に突出させ光フアイバ８２
を収納する金属管８３と、金属管８３の先端をシ
ールするガラス片８４とから構成したことを特徴
