    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 表面側に柔軟な透明プラスチックシートを、裏面側に柔
    軟な着色プラスチックシートを配し、該両シートの端縁
    周囲を融着した矩形状の袋体であって、内部に布あるい
    は紙製の記載札が収納され、前記裏面側の柔軟な着色プ
    ラスチックシートにはその表面全面に多数の鉤形剛毛を
    立設するとともに、縦あるいは横方面に前記記載札を挿
    入するための挿入溝を形成してなる名札本体を、衣服等
    に縫着された表面に環状軟毛を織り込んでなる取付台布
    に定着することを特徴とする名札。
