Abstract

PURPOSE:To execute easily a teaching operation, and to reduce an error by dividing a model of a work into several blocks, and executing a teaching to every block model. CONSTITUTION:A work 1 having pouring gate remaining parts 1a'-1c' is shaped by a robot. As for a teaching for said purpose, the teaching is executed by dividing the work 1 into plural parts, manufacturing block models 3a, 3b containing pouring gate remaining parts 1a'-1c', and placing them on a teaching machine 4. In this regard, the teaching machine 4 is constituted of a body 5 and a microcomputer 6 for storing temporarily a teaching data. As for the teaching, a tip 10a of a profile lever 10 is made to contact to the remaining part 1a' of said block model 3a by a manual operation, and a value of encoders 7-9 is stored as a teaching point at every necessary position. It is taught at every block model 3a, 3b. At the time of a play back control, the control device corrects a teaching point coordinate value of said every block model to a coordinate system of the robot, and a blasting work is executed.
