加算器に入力する回路と、変位モードになった時変位検
出器の検出信号を前記負帰還信号と相殺すべ(前記加算
器に入力する回路とを具備することにより、変位モード
になった時前記発振器以外の信号が前記アクチェータの
制御系に入力しないようにし、更に前記発信器以外の信
号が前記アクチェータの制御系に入力しない状態になっ
た時に作動する液圧源駆動回路を設けたことを特徴とす
る電気液圧式材料試験装置。
