Abstract

PURPOSE:To set the collector of a transistor to a stable potential in high frequency by providing the collector at the output terminal side of a DC power source. CONSTITUTION:A transistor 10 is turned ON by turning ON a DC power source 12, and a voltage is generated at an inductance unit 11. When the resonance current by a capacitor 17 and an inductor 18 is inverted to reach the prescribed current value, the transistor 10 becomes OFF, and the unit 11 generates a resonance voltage. If the resonance voltage is inverted, the transistor 10 is controlled by the winding 16, and again turned ON. Then, this operation is repeated to output an AC voltage from the unit 11. Since the collector of the transistor 10 is provided at the output terminal side of the power source 12, the collector becombes stable potential in high frequency with respect to the ground.
