  1. 正特性発熱体３の側周面３ａに樹脂インシュレータ１が
    密着するように、樹脂インシュレータ１と正特性発熱体
    ３とを一体成形し、正特性発熱体３を、その表面３ｂが
    燃料流通路５内に露出するように設置したことを特徴と
    する燃料ヒータ。
