Claims (3)
- （１）所定の配列で複数個の貫通孔が形成された基板と
、この基板の貫通孔と同じ配列で貫通状の複数個のチッ
プ部品収納孔が形成された弾性体とからなり、前記基板
と前記弾性体上をその貫通孔とチップ部品収納孔吉が連
通ずるように互いに面対向させて接着剤にて一体化した
ことを特徴とするチップ部品の保持プレート。 - （２）弾性体は、基板の片側にのみ面対向している実用
