Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 平歯車、ハ、スバ歯車等、歯形部の端面を面取りする装
    置において、該平歯車、ノ１スバ歯車等の軸心を水平に
    保持するチャック及び軸心方向の摺動を可能としたテー
    ルストックを有する該歯車の保持装置と、該歯車の歯形
    部の端面に対して２本のペンシル型フライスカッターを
    設定角度で、且つ歯幅及びねじれ角に適合しうるように
    位置に段差を設けて保持でき、又該２本のカッターを、
    被加工歯形部端面に対する加工位置と、加工前の原位置
    との２位置に選択的に移動させうるようになした２本の
    ペンシル型フライスカッター装置と、加工基準となる歯
    面の位相合せ装置及びカム、歯車等の組合せによる駆動
    機構を介して、該歯車の軸心を中心とする連続の回転送
    りと、軸方向の摺動を可能となした自動創成機構とを以
    って構成されたことを特徴とする歯車の歯面取り装置。
