Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to arrange an insert part in a mold hole in a short period without the insert part being displaced, by allowing the one action of a part pushing pin of a molder for injection molding a melted resin to position the insert part in the mold hole. CONSTITUTION:With a movable mold 2 forcibly contacted against a fixed mold 1, a heated and melted thermoplastic resin is injected through an injection hole 4 into a mold hole 3. After the resin is cooled and solidified by the molds 1, 2, the mold 1 is separated away from the mold 2 by mold opening means. Then an ejector rod 7 and an ejector plate 8 are moved in a direction shown by an arrow (a) to move an ejector pin 10 toward the mold hole 3, so that the molded item on the wall surfaces of the mold hole 3 and an insert part 15 integral therewith are forced out. When the rod 7 and the plate 8 are thus moved, a part pushing pin 16 integral with them is moved forward to move insert parts 15 positioned in a part hole 13 toward the mold hole 3 so that the foremost part 15 may be positioned in the mold hole 3.
