Conventionally, to construct a ground-stopping water wall, the ground is excavated to form a vertical hole, the vertical hole is filled with a stabilizing liquid to prevent wall collapse, and then a powdered hardening agent, such as cement, is added to the stabilizing liquid. , bentonite, clay, quicklime, etc., were injected by air conveyance, and the mixture was stirred and hardened. However, in the conventional method of constructing underground water walls, a hardened zone was created only in the area of the excavated vertical hole.
This is due to the low percolation effect of mud, which is a stabilizing liquid, in the soil. For this reason, when constructing a continuous ground stop water wall by repeating the construction method described above, it is necessary to form a large number of hardening zones in the vertical hole area in order to enlarge the stopping area, which makes the work efficiency inefficient. It was low. An object of the present invention is to form a hardened area in the ground with great water-stopping properties and a relatively wide range in a single operation, and to improve the construction efficiency of a ground-stopping water wall.

The present invention is a method for forming a ground-retaining water wall with two partially overlapping large and small hardening regions, and the method uses a hydrating powder hardening agent such as cement at a pressure higher than the groundwater pressure in the ground. Compressed air is blown into the ground to form a first hardening zone, and then, before the first hardening zone is hardened, sodium silicate which reacts with the powdered hardening agent is placed approximately in the center of the first hardening zone. The second hardened region is formed by injecting a hardening accelerator such as:

The compressed air supply source 36 is connected to the inner pipe 1 via the pressure hose 34.
When supplying compressed air to 2, in the compressed air. A powder hardening agent supply feeder 38 is attached to the pressure hose 34 to mix the powder hardening agent. When a rotary type feeder is used as the supply feeder 38, it is preferable to use a rotary type feeder because the powdered curing agent can be supplied in a fixed amount. Since the structure of such a rotary type feeder is well known, a detailed description of the invention will be omitted. Also,
The upper end of the double outer tube 14 is connected to a grout pump 42 by a hose 40. Next, a method of forming a suspended water wall according to the present invention using the ground suspended water wall forming apparatus 10 shown in FIG. 1 will be explained.

The ground 32 is bored about 1 to 2 m from the ground surface using a screw auger having the double pipe 16 as a shaft. Next, the compressed air supply source 36 supplies air at a pressure slightly higher than the groundwater level 44 to the inner pipe 12 through the pressure hose 34 . At that time, a hardening agent in the form of cement, bentonite, clay, or hydrated powder such as quicklime is supplied from the hardening agent supply feeder 38 into the pressure hose 34, mixed with the compressed air, and mixed into the inner pipe 12. send to. Then, the powdered curing agent is injected from the discharge port 18 together with compressed air and introduced into the perforation. Meanwhile, the screw auger continues to dig through the ground while rotating. At this time, the powdered curing agent ejected from the discharge port is uniformly dispersed within the borehole by the stirring blade 24 and seeps into the surrounding ground from the borehole wall. Air has a significantly lower viscosity coefficient than liquids such as water, so by air transporting the hardener in powder form, the hardener can be spread far more widely into the ground than by using a liquid as the transport medium for the hardener. By injecting the powder hardening agent into the ground to a predetermined depth in this way, the ground 32
An extensive first hardened region is formed therein.

The hardening agent in the hardening region reacts with the soil water in the perforation and the surrounding ground, and hardens slowly. Thereafter, the injection of the compressed air mixed with the curing agent is stopped, and then the rotation of the screw auger with the double pipe as a shaft is rotated or reversed in the direction opposite to that during excavation, and the grout pump 42 is Sodium silicate, which is a liquid hardening accelerator, is fed into the outer tube 14 and is ejected from the discharge port 18 . The jetting of the sodium silicate is performed before curing the first curing area. Next, the screw auger is pulled up in this state. As a result, the sodium silicate injected into the borehole from below is stirred and mixed within the borehole by the stirring blade 24 of the screw auger that rotates in reverse, reacts with the hardening agent in the borehole, and finally forms a pillar. A second hardened region of row consolidation is formed approximately centrally of the first hardened region. However, since the curing reaction between the powdered curing agent and sodium silicate is significantly faster than the curing reaction between water and the powdered curing agent, the second curing region solidifies first, and then the first curing region hardens. The hardened area is completely solidified.

The second hardened region has greater hardness or strength and is more impermeable to water than the first hardened region. In the above embodiment, the ground was excavated using a screw auger with a double pipe as a shaft, but depending on the soil quality of the ground, only a double pipe may be used. , rod-shaped 2
The heavy pipe is introduced into the ground in a polling manner while being rotated, and the rest is carried out in the same manner as described above. As described above, the first hardened area is formed in a wide area in the ground, forms a wide range of water stopping area, and significantly enlarges one construction unit of the ground stopping water wall to be constructed.

In addition, the second hardened area formed approximately in the center of the first hardened area maintains the strength of the ground-retaining water wall, and its greater water-stopping property works together with the water-stopping property of the first hardened area to Improving the water-stopping properties of the entire water wall. Next, with reference to FIG. 2, a method of partially forming a hardening zone in the ground using the above-mentioned underground water wall forming device will be explained.

An air supply pipe (not shown) for supplying compressed air between the sleeve and the inner tube 12 to inflate the sleeve is connected to the sleeve forming a part of the air packer. The air supply pipe extends through the space between the inner pipe 12 and the outer pipe 14 and is connected to a compressed air supply source (not shown) installed on the ground. After confirming the drop in the groundwater level using the device, powdered curing agent is mixed into the compressed air being fed from the compressed air supply source 36 to the inner pipe 12 via the pressure hose 34 from the curing agent supply feeder 38. and is injected into the sealed lower portion of the vertical hole 46. At this time, the screw auger is being rotated, and the injected powder hardening agent is transferred to the stirring blade 2.
4, the curing agent powder is uniformly diffused inside the lower part in the same way as in the example shown in FIG. A first hardening region is formed therein and including the lower portion. At this time, since the screw auger rotates in close contact with the Patscar grout 50 made of the viscous material, the screw auger and the Patscar grout 50
There is almost no leakage of the compressed air between the two. Thereafter, sodium silicate is injected into the sealed lower portion of the vertical hole 46 from the outlet 18 of the outer tube by the grout pump 42, while the screw auger is pulled up while being reversed.
