Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase a dust removing effect by a space of the necessary minimum by providing a flow blocking plate between the upper and lower inside surfaces of a disk and a magnetic disk chamber, and on the opposite side of a filter for placing a flow conducting plate between, between the disk and the disk.
