Various photopolymerizable compositions have already been developed and used for various purposes, such as coating agents for semiconductor devices such as diodes, transistors, and integrated circuits, and plate-making in printing. As one of the photopolymerizable compositions, a photopolymerizable composition mainly composed of silicone (
For example, Koseki et al.: Transactions of the Japan Society of Printing, 16(3), 1.
26 (1976)). but,
Photopolymerizable compositions based on silicone known to date have problems such as (a) complicated synthesis of photopolymerizable polysiloxane, (b) insufficient photocurability, and (
C) poor compatibility between photopolymerizable polysiloxane and sensitizer, and (d) poor compatibility between polymethylvinylsiloxane and bisazide compounds, which cause problems such as coating agents and plate making in printing. Not used.

There is no particular reason to limit the amount used, but it is approximately 0 for polyorganosiloxane containing a carbon-carbon double bond.
.. It is desirable to set the call volume to 0.05 to 2%. Outside this range, the strength of the cured film decreases and the stability of the varnish is adversely affected. A light- or radiation-curable polyorganosiloxane composition using the above-mentioned materials can be prepared by coating it on a suitable support, drying it, and applying deep ultraviolet rays, ultraviolet rays,
When exposed to visible light, soft X-rays, electron beams, etc., the exposed areas harden, forming an extremely strong, insoluble coating with excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, and corrosion resistance.

Since the non-exposed areas easily flow out when treated with a solvent or the like, it is possible to easily form not only a uniform continuous film but also a film with an arbitrary image shape. Depending on the application, heating together with exposure to light or radiation can make the curing more complete and provide a better cured film; however, heating the film cured by light or radiation after the above solvent treatment By doing so, the curing will be more complete and an excellent cured film can be obtained. Examples of the support used in the present invention include metals such as copper, aluminum, and chromium;
O2, SiOl*SjOX,. Examples include metal oxide insulators such as Ta2O5, silicon nitride, synthetic resins such as polyimide, polyamide, and polyester.

The above composition can be applied to a support by a conventional method such as a spin coating method, printing, or a roll coater.
In order to form an image-like cured film using the light- or radiation-curable polyorganosiloxane composition of the present invention, it is applied onto a support in the form of a thin film, an original plate is brought into close contact with this, exposed to light, and then developed. After drying and heat curing, the exposed area becomes a film with excellent heat resistance, solvent resistance, and heat resistance.This can be used as an etching resist for printing plates, printed wiring, etc. Since it is difficult to be sputtered, it can also be used as a resist for ion etching. We also provide semiconductor coating agents, semiconductor protective films, semiconductor interlayer insulation films, resists, paints,
It can also be applied to printing inks, etc.

Next, this was coated on a glass plate by spin coating so that the film thickness after drying was about 20 μm, and this was coated with 90 to C30.
After drying for 3 minutes, UV rays were irradiated for 3 minutes from a 3KW ultra-high pressure mercury lamp placed 30 cm apart, resulting in a cured film with excellent chemical resistance, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance. The cured film was uniformly cured without separation and precipitation of the photo or radiation initiator.
