This type of technique has traditionally been practiced as zika, but according to this method, a formwork is formed using plaster or the like.
The recess was filled with clay of a different color than the clay of the thorax, and by pressing this mold against the surface of the thorax, the clay filled in the recess was stuck to the thorax. For this reason, when using the above method, a considerable amount of pressure must be applied to the thorax, which is a half-dried clay molded product, which tends to cause the thorax side to lose its shape. Not only does it require re-attachment and tools, but it is fine if the surface of the arm to be applied is flat, but it is extremely difficult to apply flowers to curved or spherical surfaces, and various devices are required to achieve this. This requires skill and skill.

The present invention is an attempt to solve the above-mentioned difficulties, and to describe it in detail with drawings, first, calligraphy, paintings, and other objects to be affixed are photographed with a camera, and the resulting copper or synthetic resin original plate is obtained. A positive original plate 1 of the oath painting is prepared by a conventional chemical corrosion treatment.

In Figure 1, reference numeral 2 denotes a positive area representing calligraphy, paintings, etc. that protrudes from the surface 3 of the original plate 1.Next, this surface 3 is made flexible by pouring a thin layer of chemical synthetic material such as silicone rubber. A thin layer negative original plate 4 is formed.

Therefore, by peeling off the original plate 4 from the state shown by the dashed line in FIG.
A concave groove 5 as a negative image portion is formed correspondingly to the negative image, but it is desirable that the thickness of the thin negative original plate 4 is about 1 willow or less.

Furthermore, in the present invention, after filling the grooves 5 of the thin-layer negative original plate 4 obtained in this way with clay 6 having an appropriate viscosity that is used when obtaining a fired product, the grooves 5 are An aqueous viscous solution 8 is applied to the surface 7 of the colleague plate 4 as shown in FIG. 3.

In this case, it is preferable to use the aqueous solution 8 with a weight of 3 to 5 viscous to 7 parts water, and the clay should be of the same quality as the clay of the chest 9, which will be explained later, or it should be dried. It is preferable to select a material whose shrinkage rate is equal to that of the viscous material in the pottery 9, and it is also desirable to select a material with the same quality as the viscous material 6 filled in the groove 5. In order to increase the commercial value of the fired product, it is preferable that the clay of pottery 9 and the clay 6 have different colors by using different colored clays.

Once the aqueous clay solution 8 has been applied as described above, the thin negative master plate 4 is pasted onto the desired location on the chest 9 as shown in Figure 4. For example, soft shale can be used, and the original soil is crushed,
Raw materials that have been subjected to a so-called elutriation process, such as washing with water to remove iron content and adjust particles, are used as raw materials. The components and properties of the clay used as the soft shale are as follows.

By peeling off the clay 6 from the pottery 9, the clay 6 filled in the groove 5 of the original plate 4 remains on the pottery 9 and is attached to the flower part 10.
The product thus obtained is fired in a conventional manner at, for example, 120,000 ℃ for one hour.

As explained above, the present invention takes a photograph of a desired subject such as a grasshopper, a painting, or the like, and coats the positive original plate 1 with a chemically synthesized material such as silicone rubber to form a flexible thin layer negative original plate 4. After filling the concave portion 5 of the original plate 4 with a desired clay 6, an aqueous clay solution 8 is applied to the surface 7 of the original plate 4, while a breast 9, which is a desired clay molded product such as a tea bowl or a monster, is formed.
By attaching the surface 7 side of the thin layer negative original plate 4 to a desired part of the chest 9 in a half-dry state, drying it, and peeling off the thin layer negative original plate 4 from the chest 9 after drying. The clay 6 filled in the original plate 4 is left standing on the chest 9 to form a paste 10, and this is fired by a conventional method, so that the thin layer negative original plate 4 has a light weight. Moreover, since it is flexible and is coated with an aqueous clay solution 8, the plate 4 can be attached to the pottery 9 by simply attaching it and can maintain that state. However, in this case, the thin layer negative original plate 4 can of course be formed into a curved plate corresponding to the curved surface instead of a flat plate.

The clay aqueous solution 8 not only plays an important role in the adhesion, but also the clay 6 of the thin negative original plate 4.
This acts as a medium for water exchange between the clay of the breast and the clay of the breast 9) and dries, so that the adhesion of both clays becomes strong during drying, and desirable pasting is carried out.

In addition, as mentioned above, all that is required is the operation of attaching the original plate 4, which eliminates the need for various devices, and all that is required is to apply pressure to the porcelain 9, which eliminates the problem of dust that would cause deformation and distortion of the half-dried breast 9. ,
The clay shrinks as it dries, and since the original plate 4 is flexible, it can be easily peeled off and there will be no damage to the applied part.
