[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a cleaning device that cleans a certain area of the inner surface of a concave container-shaped object to be cleaned. The present invention relates to an apparatus that automatically and completely removes unnecessary portions of the fluorescent film coating process, that is, the film coated on areas other than the effective screen of the panel.

Conventional cleaning methods apply cleaning liquid to the cleaning area using one or more nozzles to clean the area, which means that cleaning is equivalent to a series of intermittent operations, and the total cleaning time is not sufficient within a certain pitch time. There are drawbacks such as the cleaning liquid scattering onto the effective screen when the nozzle rotates and the nozzle moves, and the size of the panel to which it can be applied is limited, making the cleaning area uneven and potentially damaging the appearance.

According to the present invention, there is a storage tank for cleaning liquid, an overflow communication pipe installed in the upper part of the storage tank and in the center part to keep the liquid level at a constant level, and a concave container-shaped container to be cleaned in the lower part. A cleaning tank equipped with a backing that determines the immersion depth of the body, and a concave container-shaped object placed in a predetermined position above with its concave side facing down, is immersed in the cleaning solution in this cleaning tank until it reaches the backing. It has a mechanism for raising the cleaning tank to clean the object to be cleaned, a pump for supplying the cleaning liquid from the cleaning liquid storage tank to the cleaning tank, and a mechanism for lowering the cleaning tank after cleaning the concave container-shaped object to be cleaned. A cleaning device that can automatically clean in a short time can be obtained.

At this time, if air bubbles are generated in the cleaning liquid 7 transferred from the pump 5, when the bubbles are crushed, the liquid scatters and adheres to the membrane surface 3 of the effective screen. Therefore, a bubble stopper 10 with a mesh is provided. When the cleaning liquid level reaches the end face, the cleaning liquid 7 is returned to the cleaning liquid storage tank 4 through the communication pipe 11.
