  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 天井小梁に天井野縁を介して、防火被覆材からなる天井
    板を張り上げたユニット住宅の天井において、 前記天井板の天井裏側であって、間仕切壁の真上に相当
    する位置に、界壁もしくはファイアストップ材を固設さ
    せるとともに、この界壁もしくはファイアストップ材を
    介在させて天井裏の全域に、防火被覆材からなる遮蔽板
    を付設させ、この遮蔽板と天井板の間に形成された空室
    が、前記界壁もしくはファイアストップ材により密閉さ
    れて区画されていることを特徴とするユニット住宅の天
    井。
