Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent over-rotation reliably by closing a throttle valve upon over-rotation by means of the positive delivery pressure of an air pump operatable through pulsating pressure in crank chamber. CONSTITUTION:An air pump 11 operatable through pulsating pressure in an engine crank chamber (not shown) is provided. Upon over-rotation, a butterfly throttle valve 2 is moved in the closing direction by means of the positive air pressure from the air pump 11 to suppress the amount of mixture gas thus to reduce the rotation, and to prevent over-rotation reliably.
