Abstract
PURPOSE:To average the demand of midnight electric power with time by a method wherein the starting time of conduction to a heating body is delayed at random within a range in which water can be heated to a necessary temperature within the supplying time of the midnight electric power. CONSTITUTION:The capacity of a heater 2 is determined so as to heat up water, whose temperature is corresponding to the water temperature in winter, to 85 deg.C within the time band of supplying the midnight electric power through an electric source 11 therefor. Normally, a heater conduction time (t) necessary to heat up the water to a desired temperature is smaller than the supplying time T of the midnight electric power. In this case, a conduction time necessary for the desired heat-up is subtructed from the midnight electric power supplying time by an operating means (a), the maximum delayable conduction time is operated from the starting time of the same electric power, the actual delay time is determined in a delay time determining means (b) by random numbers within the maximum delayable conduction time and the conduction of the heating body (d) is controlled through a control means (c) by delaying the starting time of supplying the same electric power by a time corresponding to the actual delaying time.
