With the development of chemical fertilizers, post-war agriculture shifted to organic farming, which uses a mixture of nutrients needed by crops. At one time, it was true farming, but today, 88 years later, pesticide residues are becoming more common. Use of soil and organic fertilizers has led to the death of useful microorganisms in the soil, and as a result, a decline in the fertility of the soil, which is the foundation of crops, has become a major problem.

On the other hand, dairy farmers have become extremely unprofitable due to the rise in labor costs and feed costs. The self-sufficiency rate of feed is extremely low, and most of the feed is dependent on Kaiyu 1, so a stable and cheap supply of feed cannot be expected.

As a result of extensive studies and studies aimed at solving the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention has finally found and completed a method. That is, the present invention uses a culture medium after harvesting mushrooms, a row of mushrooms after harvesting, to which a vegetable substance containing nitrogen and carbon is added, or a support tree to which a plant substance is added. 1. A method for producing feed or fertilizer, which comprises causing aerobic microorganisms to act on the perforated waste to exterminate harmful substances and purify it.

The culture medium used in the present invention is a waste product after harvesting mushrooms, such as oyster mushrooms and oyster mushrooms, and this culture medium contains more than 10 types of amino acids and vitamins.
After adding water to this culture medium so that the moisture content is about 60%, aerobic microorganisms (such as Basidiomycetes or Bacterium) are added to the culture medium. Ji% (hereinafter abbreviated as %)
After adding 0.2% to the mixture and stirring well, it is stored in a wooden container, and the first switching is performed around the 10th day. At that point, change the culture medium once a day and at the same time replenish the evaporated water. After repeating this operation 8 times, when the culture medium becomes blackish gray and solidifies, take it out from the container. It can be naturally dried until the moisture content is 18 to 20%, or it can be used before drying if fed as feed.

In addition, the water test used in the present invention after harvesting the mushrooms is made into chips and then used. The blending ratio of the fertilizer using these chips is 78.096 chips, 195% chicken manure (11% dry), 2% rice bran.
.. After adjusting the water content to approximately 60% by mixing 84% and microorganisms 0.1696, it was stored in a wooden container and wrapped in urethane foam etc. to maintain heat retention and breathability. After that, if you leave it for about 20 days, the internal temperature will reach 65.
The temperature rises to around 33°C, but after leaving it in that state for another week, we change the temperature and leave it for another 25 days. After that, after taking it out of the container, we add 3322% chicken meat lambda and 066% microorganisms.
%, the moisture content is readjusted to about 60%, and then stored in the original container. When the internal temperature rises to about 55℃ in about 20 days, the first switching is performed. After that, change the mixture for 2 consecutive days, and then change it from side to side for a total of 3 times. After that, take it out from the container and spread it on a shelf or dirt floor evenly so that the thickness is about 11. After spreading it out, it will solidify in about 8 days if you apply urethane foam etc. to dry it in the sun. However, if you want to use it as feed, dry it as described above. It may be fed beforehand. Appropriate amount of mixing is about 25%.

The plant substances containing nitrogen and carbon used in the present invention include culture medium after harvesting mushrooms, water test after mushroom harvest, perforated lees of test water, rice bran, bran, and chicken manure, etc. Contains nutrients necessary for the growth of mushrooms, such as sawdust, rice bran, bran, corn meal, soybean meal, and pacas. Sawdust and drilling residue from water samples contain about 5,096 carbon and about 0.1% nitrogen, although this varies depending on the tree species.
