Recently, as all roads and mansions in cities have been paved, the peak volume of floods has increased, groundwater shortages, and ground subsidence have occurred.
Due to the potential shortage of water resources, it has become difficult to irrigate trees in the summer and even to water to prevent dust.

As a countermeasure to this problem, there are proposals to develop highly permeable pavement or to construct the road surface itself at a higher position than the green space, so that rainwater can naturally flow down to irrigate open spaces and green spaces, but existing roads must be remodeled. The reality is that it cannot be easily put into practice.

This invention allows the surface pavement and side gutters of roads and sidewalks on which vehicles run, etc. to remain as they are, and allows rainwater collected in the gutters to easily infiltrate into the sidewalks, roadside tree belts, and nearby parks and green areas. The purpose is to provide a device.
