Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce a DC smoothing chock easy to assemble by using only one sheet of insulating paper, less number of component parts and no spacer at all. CONSTITUTION:A central magnetic pole 11a of an E-type iron core 11 is shorter than outer magnetic poles 11b while a bump 12 is provided on the edge of central magnetic pole 11a opposite to an I-type iron core 10. An insulating paper 13 is bent into inverted recession type so as to encircle coils 4 with a slot 14 turned downward to be fixed on the E-type iron core 11 together with the coils 4. Though these procedures, the coils 4 may be fixed by means of inserting the bump 12 provided on the central magnetic pole of E-type iron core 11 into the slot 14 provided on the insulating paper 13 encircling the coils 4 so that a specified insulating gap may be made between said paper 13 and said iron cores forming a cavity 15 without inserting a spacer between the central magnetic pole of the E-type iron core 11 and the I-type iron core 10.

Conventional configuration and its problems In the case of a steam generator that uses a switching power supply such as an electromagnetic cooker, after converting alternating current to direct current, in order to eliminate ripples contained in direct current and to reduce noise, , chokes with iron cores made of steel plates or ferrite are used. An example of such a choke is shown in FIGS. 1-3. FIG. 1 is an external perspective view of a conventional choke, FIG. 2 is a sectional view, and FIG. 5 is an exploded perspective view thereof. It has an E-type iron core (2) and a construction-type iron core (3), and the central magnetic leg of the E-type iron core (21) has a coil surrounded on both sides by a pair of insulating papers (5). (4) is fitted, and in order to maintain a constant insulation interval between the coil (4) and the iron core (2), the insulating paper (5) has an E-type iron core (21 laminated thickness (1)). A pair of pawls (5a) are provided with a spacing (d) that fits into the central magnetic leg of the E-type iron core to connect the coil (41 to the iron core (2).
) is fixed. A spacer (6) is attached to the E-type iron core (2).
1 is sandwiched between ■-shaped iron cores (3), and the outside is surrounded by a U-shaped frame (7) to fix the whole. This spacer (61) forms a gap in the magnetic circuit made up of the E-type iron core (2) and the engineering-type iron core (3), and when DC current flows through the coil (4), the magnetic circuit becomes saturated and the inductance increases. This is likely to prevent the value from decreasing significantly.

In this way, conventional chokes require a spacer to create a gap between the E-type iron core and the engineering-type iron core, and two sheets of insulating paper are required to maintain a constant insulation gap between the coil and the iron core. However, it has the disadvantage that it has a large number of parts and requires a lot of effort to manufacture and assemble.

Structure of the Invention In the present invention, the central magnetic leg of the E-type iron core is made shorter than the outer magnetic legs on both sides, a protrusion is provided at its tip, and a hole is provided in the center of a sheet of insulating paper surrounding the coil. By fitting the hole into the protrusion of the central magnetic leg and fixing the insulating paper to the E-type iron core, the insulation distance between the coil and the iron core is kept constant, and the outer magnetic leg of the E-type core is The type iron cores are butted against each other to form a gap between the central magnetic leg of the E type iron core and the engineered type iron core.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS FIGS. 4 to 8 show an embodiment of the present invention, in which FIG. 4 is a sectional view showing the overall structure, FIG. 5 is a plan view of the iron core, and FIG. 6 is an insulating paper. FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the insulating paper in a folded state, and FIG. 8 is an exploded perspective view of the chalk. In these figures, α0 is a steel core, and α]J is an E-type core, both of which are made of silicon steel plate, ferrite, or the like. The central magnetic leg (lla) of the E-type core 011 is connected to the outer magnetic legs (l) on both sides.
lb) It is shorter and has a protrusion (2) on the tip of the central magnetic leg facing the steel core. For example, this protrusion has a width of 1~
2 mm, and the height is 1 to 3 mm. In the figure, the length of the protrusion is equal to the laminated thickness of the E-type iron core (Ill), but if the iron core is made of ferrite, it is also possible to make it with protrusions of circular or other shapes. (41 is the coil, 0 is the insulating paper interposed between the coil (4) and the iron core, and is made of paper, aramid paper, film, etc., and has a thickness of approximately 0.1-(
), in the 5 cabinets, a protrusion ■ with a width 0.2 to 1 mm larger than the width of the protrusion @ provided on the central magnetic leg of the E-shaped iron core fits into the center of a piece of insulating paper. A hole σ41 of size σ41 is provided.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, it is not necessary to insert a spacer to create a magnetic gap between the E-type iron core and the I-type iron core, and the insulation gap between the coil and the iron core can be reduced. Because only one piece of insulating paper is needed to keep the temperature constant, the number of parts is small, and therefore assembly is easy and can be made at low cost.
Effects such as this can be obtained.
