CONSTITUTION:Supporting levers 4 provided in a freely rising and falling manner on the upper part of a float 1 for carrying a marine structure is held verticatlly by oil-pressure cylinders 5, and a marine structure 2 is set on the levers 4. The marine structure 2 is delivered and positioned on a jacket 3 at an installation point through the float 1, and the oil-pressure cylinders 5 are contracted by operating a switching valve 6. The four levers 4 are then concurrently fallen down instantaneously and the structure 2 is installed on the jacket 3 and at the same time the float 1 is separated from the structure 2.
