    定する手段と、 室内空気温度と希望室温とを比較する手段と、当該比較
    手段の結果に応じて空気調和機の運転を制御する手段と
    、を具えた空気調和機におい−で、 室内構成壁面温度を検出する温度センサー、と、当該温
    度センサーで検知された壁面温度が予じめ定められた所
    定温度に達しているか否かを判定する手段と、 冷房運転又は暖房運転のいづれを行っているかを判定す
    る手段と、 当該判定手段の結果に応じて、冷房運転を打っている場
    合に室内構成壁面温度が上記所定温度を越える場合には
    上記設定温度を一定温度低下させる手段と、 当該判定手段の結果に応じて、暖房運転を行っている場
    合に室内構成壁面温度が上記所定温度を下回わる場合に
    は上記設定温度を一定温度上昇させる手段と、 上記設定温度を変化させる場合において、室内構成壁面
    温度が所定温度に戻った場合に設定温度を設定された元
