平面図である。第２図は従来の燃焼室の概略平面図であ
る。 図において、２は燃焼室、４は点火栓、６は吸気弁、８
は吸気弁孔、１０は排気弁、１２は排気弁孔、１６は第
１中心線、１８は第２中心線、２０は第１直線、２２は
第２介線、２４は第３直線、そして２６は第４直線であ
る。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 吸気弁と排気弁とを夫々２個設けた４バルブ内燃機関に
    おいて、燃焼室外周縁に近接させて吸気弁孔と排気弁孔
    とを配設し、この吸気弁孔間の距離と排気弁孔間の距離
    とを所定の最小許容距離範囲内に設定するとともに前記
    吸気弁孔中心間の距離を前記排気弁中心間の距離よりも
    大に設定して構成したことを特徴とする内燃機関の燃焼
    室。
