Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a welding material having high resistance to wear and excellent resistance to cracking by combining a wire packed therein with an alloy flux having a specified occupying rate and a specific bonded flux. CONSTITUTION:A titled welding material is constituted in combination of a wire A formed by packing an alloy flux to the inside of a tubular body consisting of a low-P mild steel hoop as a blank material to 30-40wt% occupying rate thereof and a bonded flux B having a high m.p. and high basicity. The alloy flux in this case is formed by mixing <=2.0wt% ferrosilicon, <=5.0wt% metallic manganese, 5.0-15.0wt% iron powder, 30.0-45.0wt% ferromolybdenum, 4.0-10.0wt% ferrotungsten, 5.0-10.0wt% ferrovanadium, 10.0-20.0wt% metallic cobalt, 1.0- 3.0wt% graphite and 10.0-20.0wt% ferrochromium.
