Abstract

PURPOSE:To save oil consumption as well as to prevent exhaust smoke and tar from being accumulated, by setting up an oil pump at the side of a driven shaft, while driving the oil pump with power positioned in the driven shaft. CONSTITUTION:In this device there are provided with a crankshaft 12 transmitting the power produced in an engine and a driven shaft 13 transmitting the power out of the crankshaft 12 to a driving wheel. The crankshaft 12 and the driven shaft 13 are coupled together through a V-belt transmission 14. An oil pump 11 is driven upon taking in power from a reduction gear part 16 via a gear 19 and an oil pump shaft 20. Since a speed of rotation in the oil pump shaft 20 is proportionated to the number of revolutions in a rear tire 17, oil consumption comes into a state of being constant. With this constitution, the oil consumption is well savable and, what is more, exhaust smoke and tar are preventable from being accumulated.

b. Prior art The speed change characteristics of a V-belt type speed change vehicle are generally as shown in FIG. In the figure, vehicle speed 1 indicates the state when the clutch is fully pressed, vehicle speed 2 indicates the start of belt shifting, vehicle speed 2 to vehicle speed 3 indicate the bell) f series,
Vehicle speed 3 indicates the end of belt shifting. On the other hand, the oil consumption characteristics of 2-cycle engine vehicles are such that when running at high speeds, where the load is large, oil consumption increases to prevent seizure, and when running at low speeds, the amount of oil consumed decreases in exhaust smoke and prevents tar accumulation. It is desirable to reduce oil consumption in order to prevent this.

However, as shown in Fig. 2, the oil pump 1 of the V-belt type transmission vehicle currently in production is driven by decelerating the rotation of the crankshaft 2 via the worm gear 3. is proportional to the engine rotation speed. Therefore, the characteristics of oil consumption (mileage (K + n / t) when oil 1 is used) do not tend as shown in line A shown in Figure 3, which is contrary to the ideal oil consumption characteristics described above. When adjusting the oil discharge amount of conventional transmission vehicles, it is common to adjust the oil consumption characteristics on the high speed side to the required value of the engine in consideration of seizure, so the oil consumption on the low speed side is There was a problem in that the unnecessarily large number of υ caused an increase in exhaust smoke and tar puddles when driving at low speeds.

In the belt type transmission 14, a drive pulley 21 and a driven pulley n are connected by a V-belt 23, and the drive pulley 21 is rotatably mounted on the crankshaft 12 and the driven pulley 22 is rotatably mounted on the driven shaft 13. Further, one of the faces of each pulley is a full drive face 24 and a movable driven face 25, and the other face is a fixed drive face 26 and a fixed driven face 27, respectively. Furthermore, the speed gear 14 is configured to change the rotation radius of the (1) belt % by means of movable faces 24 and 25, thereby changing the gear ratio steplessly.

The oil pump 11 is driven by receiving power from a fixed driven face 27 via gears 29, 19 and an oil pump shaft 20. Therefore, it is possible to operate the oil pump 11 even when the vehicle is idling while the vehicle is stopped. The other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment, are given the same reference numerals, and description thereof will be omitted.

According to this embodiment, the rotational speed of the oil pump shaft 200 is proportional to the rotational speed of the carrier tire 17. Therefore, as shown by line B in FIG. 3, the amount of oil discharged is proportional to the vehicle speed, so the amount of oil consumed is a constant value.

f1 Effects of the Invention By using the oil drive system for a vehicle with a V-belt transmission device according to the present invention, it is possible to save oil consumption compared to conventional vehicles, and to reduce exhaust smoke, which is a problem when driving at low speeds. It can also prevent tar buildup. Therefore, energy consumption can be saved, pollution can be prevented, and the frequency of vehicle maintenance can be reduced. Furthermore, the oil pump is driven by the power that has been decelerated by the belt-type transmission, so there is no need to increase the reduction ratio in the oil pump section. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the speed using a spur gear, and the product cost can be reduced compared to using a worm gear for speed reduction.
