    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ドロップコレクターを備えた洗剰区域１個又は数個より
    成る化学吸着装置のスクラバーにおいて、１個又は数個
    の洗浄区域１が酸化容器２中に開口しており、その酸化
    容器の開口はドロップコレクター５及び後続のミスト分
    離器６を備えており、その際にドロップコレクター５と
    ミスト分離器６との間に噴射ノズル８が設けられている
    ことを特徴とする化学吸着装置のスクラバー。
