Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a grinding tool having high strength and the superior grinding faculty by forming a twisted wire from several pieces of strong thin metal wires and arranging several twisted wires in parallel and braiding said twisted wires by thin metal wires to form grinding material and nipping several pieces of grinding material by a nipping metal fitting. CONSTITUTION:A grinding tool is constitued by nipping a necessary number of grinding materials 1 constituted of strong thin metal wires arranged in parallel into a nipping metal fitting 2 having a U-shaped section. Said grinding material 1 is prepared by collecting and twisting several pieces of thin steel wires 10 and arranging several pieces of the prepared wires 11 into one row in a specific width and allowing several pieces of similar thin metal wires 12 to alternately pass through each twisted wire 11 and braiding these wires into aslantly crossing form having rough mesh. A metal core wire 3 is attached onto the near center of the grinding material 1 and pressed by a pair of strongly pressing rollers 5 attached onto the edge parts 20 at the both-side ports of the nipping metal fitting 2, pushed-in by a grooved wheel 4. Therefore, the strength of the grinding tool can be increased, and the superior grinding faculty can be obtained.

Brushing materials for 4+4E cutting on the surface of rolled steel plates and tools using various brushing materials are already available for cutting and grinding the edges generated in the cutting process of metal products. It is also known that metal wire used as a brushing material for grinding has an excellent grinding effect.

Grinding brushing materials other than metal wire are sensitive to heat and are therefore not suitable for grinding at high speeds or for grinding the surface of metal plates that are rolled at high temperatures. If the wire is too strong, it will damage the surface to be ground, and the tip surface of the tool for grinding will tend to spread out, and if it spreads out like that, it will no longer be useful for grinding, but will instead damage other surfaces, and the The drawback was that it was very thick.

In order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks and provide a boring grinding tool, the present invention aims to: ``A required number of thin wires made of strong metal similar to those used in a piano are stranded, and several of the strands are arranged in a specific width. , the thin metal wires randomly binding the lined strands are braided in a diagonal manner on the parallel vA twill lines and each strand is alternately passed through to form one grinding material, and many of the grinding materials are cross-sectioned. It is characterized by inserting the folded part that is folded in two across the core wire into a U-shaped adhesive fitting and fixing it by adhesive to the fitting, and thus the stranded parallel body of thin metal wires is #i
By braiding the thin metal wires, the formed lJ is strongly maintained and bonded into the adhesive fitting, so it is not suitable for thermal products.

As shown in Fig. 1, the grinding material indicated by mark 1 is made by converging and twisting several thin steel wires 10 such as piano wire, for example, several wires with a thickness of about 0.1χ, for example, about 5 to 6 wires. Thing 11,

Note that the size of the lugs 1 and the thickness of each thin wire 10, stranded wire 11, or braided thin wire 12 are changed depending on the purpose of grinding.゛In addition, each metal thin wire 4y1o, 1-2 is plated for rust prevention, and furthermore, the entire grinding material 1 is bent in a wave shape as shown in Fig. 2 to make it difficult for the braided thin wire 12 to move on the twisted 1fIA11. It goes without saying that various improvements may be made to extend the useful life of the grinding tool.

Arrange the 41f cut pieces 4'A1 neatly as shown in Figure 6 and attach the metal fittings 2.
If the metal fitting 2 is fixed to the metal fitting 2, the grinding material 1 will have a thinner grinding material 1. Therefore, by running the tool in the longitudinal direction of the metal fitting 2, it is possible to grind and deburr the narrow groove.

When the grinding materials 1 are lined up and glued to the metal fitting 2 so that the right side of the adjacent material 1 overlaps with the left side of the adjacent material H1 on the right as shown in Fig. 4, the grinding surface becomes more polished than the previous example. It becomes a surface. Furthermore, if you require JI/Mi on the grinding surface, then yes + 11! IJ Sogetsu 1, 2, 3 and nails-C
In order to prevent misalignment of the metal fitting 2, it is possible to obtain both sides. In that case, the adhesive fittings 2 will also need to be sized accordingly. If the length of the grinding material 1 protruding from the metal fitting 2 is too long and there is a risk of causing back weakness, the part directly above the metal fitting 2 shall be fixed and reinforced with adhesive paint or the like to the required height.

As described above, the grinding tool of the present invention grinds a flat moon 1 with a bundle 11 of a hard metal Ki12si1o such as a piano wire σ), and the material 1 is entirely crushed into metal pulverizers 10 and 10. (Since the braid is tied with +'s pure heart! 12, the grinding surface is rotated to 6th speed and ground, or even if it comes into contact with the surface of a high-temperature product -) Even if the surface is ground with y, the Since the grinding surface is not HH+ +"mealed, the surface to be ground can be finished beautifully and quickly.
