一例を示す図面、第3図はトリポード型等速自在継手の
外方部材の斜視図、第4図及び築5図は本考案に係る等
速自在継手の外方部材に形成する硬化層の焼入れパター
ンを示す図面であって、第4図は外方部材の開口端部の
焼入れパターンを示し、第5図は外方部材中間部内表面
の焼入れパターンを示す展開図である。第6図は外方部
、材内表面の底開図である。第7図乃至第9図は、本考
案に係る外方部材に焼入を行う時に使用する高周波加熱

  1. 内面に、1一対のトラック面と、上記1対のトラ゛ツク
    面を連結するトラック天井面とで形成された一3条のロ
    ーラ案内溝を有し1.かつ、上記の各ロー−ラ案内溝間
    を縮径連結部で結んだ断面孔びら状の等速自在継手の外
    方部材において、上記トラック、天井面の少くとも開口
    側端部を除いて、その他の内表面、に硬化層を形成した
    ことを特徴とする等速自在継手の外方部材。
