Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an oscillator making use of the piezoelectric effect by laminating successively a back electrode, an insulated layer containing a mixture of a cyanoethyl cellulose material having high polarization properties and barium titanate powder, a fluorescent light emitting layer and a transparent electrode respectively and then wrapping airtight these electrodes and layers with a transparent and a dampproof film. CONSTITUTION:A back electrode 1, an insulated layer containing a mixture of a cyanoethyl cellurose material having high polarization properties and barium titanate powder, a fluorescent light emitting layer 3 and a transparent electrode 4 are successively laminated and then wrapped airtight with a transparent and dampproof film. For example, both electrodes 1 and 4 are set at 100mu with layers 2 and 3 set at 50mu respectively. While the 1:1 mixing ratio is secured between barium titanate and cyanoethyl cellulose resin of the layer 2 as well as the fluorescent powder and cyanoethyl cellulose resin of the layer 3 respectively. This attains the satisfactory practical performance of both fluorescent light emission and vibration sounds.

Currently, piezoelectric elements made by coating barium titanate on a substrate made of phosphor bronze, stainless steel, etc. are often used as piezoelectric buzzers, and piezoelectric elements made by coating barium titanate on a substrate made of metal foil or conductive plastic film are often used as piezoelectric buzzers. A light-emitting device is a light-emitting device that is made by sequentially laminating an insulating layer made of a high dielectric material, a phosphor, a light-emitting layer made of a high dielectric material, and a transparent conductive film formed by vapor-depositing a conductive material such as indium oxide. , is widely used in various technical fields. However, such an element that has both the functions of a piezoelectric element and a light emitting element does not yet exist.

The present invention focuses on the fact that the insulating layer of the light-emitting element is formed of a barium titanate-based material, and provides a light-emitting piezoelectric element configured so that this layer functions as a vibrating element utilizing the piezoelectric effect. This is what I am trying to do.

This purpose, according to the present invention, includes a back electrode, an insulating layer made of a mixture of an anoethylcellulose-based material with good polarization characteristics and barium titanate-based powder, a phosphor-emitting layer, and a transparent electrode. This is achieved by sequentially laminating the layers and packaging them airtight with a transparent moisture-proof film.

To explain this in detail based on the example shown below, ① is a back electrode of a predetermined size made of metal foil such as aluminum foil, 2 is barium titanate powder and cyan ethyl chloride with good polarization characteristics. The insulating layer 3 is made by dispersing a cellulose resin and coating it on the back electrode 1 and forcing it to dry.
-Cu) powder mixed therein is applied onto the insulating layer 2 and forcedly dried to form a luminescent layer; 4 is formed by vapor-depositing a conductive material such as indium oxide;
The transparent electrode bonded to the soil, 5 is the back electrode 1. It is a transparent moisture-proof film in which a laminate consisting of an insulating layer 21, a light-emitting layer 3, and a transparent electrode 4 is airtightly packaged.
It has a thickness of 0μ, and the mixing ratio of titanium barium and cyanoethylcellulose resin in the insulating layer 2 and the mixing ratio of the phosphor powder and cyanoethylcellulose resin in the light emitting layer 3 are both l:1. Met. As for the method of drawing out the terminal plate from each electrode 1.4, the method used in conventional light emitting elements was used as is.

The light-emitting piezoelectric element according to the present invention is constructed as described above, but according to experiments, 100% of the gap between the back electrode 1 and the transparent electrode 4
When a DC intermittent wave (4ooHz) voltage of V was applied,
We were able to obtain fluorescent light emission and vibrating sound that were sufficiently usable for practical use. In this case, it has been confirmed that when an AC voltage of, for example, 100 .mu.m is applied, only fluorescence is emitted without generating any vibration noise.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a piezoelectric buzzer having so-called low-voltage, high-intensity flexible organic electroluminescence characteristics, so its practical value is extremely high. That is, this element is thin, lightweight, non-magnetic, and can be used by being attached to a curved surface.
It has the advantage that size and shape can be freely selected, mass production is possible, and it can be provided at a low price.
