Abstract

PURPOSE:To discriminate accurately whether the read-out data is stored into an address which is actually designated by a high-order device, by writing previously the information on a designated address to a memory. CONSTITUTION:A memory part 21 stores in a data write mode a parity in an address register 10 into a prescribed address corresponding to the designated address information stored in the register 10. Therefore the parity in the register 10 is compared with that in the part 21 by an exclusive OR circuit EOR30 in case data are read out of the part 21 according to a read instruction fed from a high-order device. If a difference is obtained from the comparison between both parities, the output of the EOR30 rises as an error signal. In other words, it can be accurately decided whether the read-out data is actually designated by the high-order device.
