    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. はＳ゛ラツパ状形成されたホッパーの底面に複数の蒸気
    通過孔を施こし、蒸気発生機構で発生させた蒸気をこれ
    ら蒸気通過孔を通してホッパー内に供給し、この蒸気で
    ホッパー内の食料物を蒸し上げるものにおいて、上記蒸
    気通過孔に、蒸気の一部をホッパーの内周面側に向けて
    噴出させる案内部を設けたことを特徴とする蒸し器装置
    。
