    クトを天井の外板と内張りの間に設け、このホーンダク
    トの一端 開口をスピーカ装置のスピーカボックス内に臨ませると
    ともにホーンダクトの他端開口を天井の内張に形成した
    孔を介して車内に臨ませたことを特徴とする車載用スピ
    ーカの構造。
