機関用シリンダブロックの一部平面図である。 図中、１はシリンダブロック外壁、２はシリンダライナ
挿入部、３はウォータジャケット、４はアッパーデツキ
、５はロアデツキ、６はライナ、７はピストン、８はシ
リンダポア間のくびれ部分、９ははばき穴、１０は鋳抜
き穴である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダライナ挿入部とシリンダブロック外壁との間に
    ウォータジャケットが形成され、さらにこのウォータジ
    ャケットの上部と下部にそれぞれアッパーデツキおよび
    ロアデツキを設けた構造の乾式ライナ方式のシリンダブ
    ロックにおいて、隣接するシリンダポア間のくびれ部の
    アッパーデツキに鋳抜き穴を形成したことを特徴とする
    内燃機関用シリンダブロック。
