Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、少なくとも一層の熱塑性被覆物質で両側を被
覆された包装材で作られた直角六面体の包装容器に関す
るものである。
液状、粉状あるいは顆粒状の製品等、例えば、ミルク、
バターミルク、ヨーグルト、クリーム等の酪農製品の包
装容器の使用は増加の一途を辿つている。
これら容器は事前に製作された素材即ちブランクから作
られることが多く、これらブランクは筒に形づくられ、
該筒の下端部に底蓋が組立てられ、筒の上端部には包装
目的たる中味が前記筒の中に導入されたのち頂蓋が形づ
くられて密閉される。そして運搬及び格納時に空間を節
約した積重ねを容易にするため、包装容器は、通常、矩
形または正方形の横断面を有し、頂蓋に注ぎ口を有する
。この注ぎ口は包装容器の側壁の上端部に位置される。
また、包装容器の包装材料の厚さは、包装容器が通常の
運搬や取扱いに対し一定の形状を保持するように選ばれ
ている。しかし、近年包装容器が、格納及び運搬のため
にユニットとして包装容器を積重ねたり、集荷するよう
になつてきた。
したがつて、異る種類の製品の運搬及び格納のためいわ
ゆるローラ・パレットを使用しこれによつて関連の製品
のための個々の包装容器を前記ローラ・パレット上に複
数層に互いに積重ねることが益々一般化している。しか
し、或る形式の容器においては、前記ローラ・パレット
を使用するためには、特別の積重ね゜ 用薄板、差込物
等を使用しなくてはならない。これは、いわゆる゛切妻
頂部’’型の容器が使用される場合であり、この型式の
容器は特に酪農製品の包装に広く使用されているが、こ
の包装容器の積重ね面は積重ねに不適当である。従来そ
のような・ ゛゛切妻頂部’’型式の容器を複数層に積
重ねるためには、Ｖ型の溝が用いられている。しかし、
例えば、ローラ・パレットを用いる配送に上記Ｖ型溝等
の特殊な装置を用いることができない。本発明は、従来
のこのような問題を解消せんとするもので、積重ねので
きる包装容器を提供することを目的とする。
即ち、本発明の構成は、包装体の頂蓋部が頂蓋形成パネ
ル４″，５′，１０′，１６で形成されると共にその頂
蓋形成パネルで密封ひれ部５及び開封により注ぎ口を形
成し、且つ三角形の内折りされる頂蓋パネル１６が密封
時に水平になり、前記ひれ部が通常傾斜するようにその
根本部の一方の折目線を他方の折目線より強くしたこと
を特徴とする。
従つて本発明の構成によれば、上方に突出した密封ひれ
部が他の容器の積重ね等により荷重を受けると、密封ひ
れ部が折り倒されて容器上面を平坦にし、空間を節約し
た積重ねを容易にした包装容器を提供できる。
以下に本発明の構成を図面の実施例に従つて説明する。
第１図に示される包装容器は、比較的剛性の紙または厚
紙であつて両側面を少なくとも１枚の熱塑性物質で成る
コーテイングを以ておおわれているものから構成される
包装材料を以て製作される。
さらに、前記容器の壁は金属箔の層、例えば、アルミニ
ウム箔層及びさらにいくつかの塑性物質の層を配されう
る。包装容器１は、互いに対にされて対面している４個
の側壁２，３と、任意に形成された底蓋と、頂蓋とで成
る本体を有する。前記頂壁は満たされて閉じられた容器
においては端面を以て構成され、該容器の開封とともに
注ぎ口を形成するようにされている。端面４上には密封
ひれ部５が延びている。包装容器１は素材即ちブランク
から製作され、そのような素材の一例が第６図に示され
ている。
前記ブランク即ち素材は、包装容器１の側壁２，３に相
当する複数個の側壁パネル２′，３′を有する。これら
側壁パネル２′，３′は素材の筒形容器本体への転換を
容易ならしめる折目線１３を介して互いに結合されてい
る。前記素材は、さらに、底蓋形成パネル１４を有し、
該パネル１４は、折目線によつて互いに結合されるとと
もに、別の折目線１５を介して前記側壁パネル２′，３
′と互いに結合されている。さらに、前記素材は頂蓋形
成パネル４′，５′，１０′，１６を有し、これらパネ
ルも同じように、折目線によつて互いに結合されるとと
もに、別の折目線１７によつて前記側壁パネル２″，３
′に結合されている。頂蓋パネル４′，５′，１０′１
６は、頂部分において筒形の容器体の開口を閉じる目的
に加えて、包装容器１の開封されるとき、注ぎ口を形成
するように意図されている。この目的のため、頂蓋パネ
ル４′は特別の折目線１９を有し、該折目線１９はこれ
ら折目線に隣接して容器を閉じるのに役立つ折目線１８
と共同して前記注ぎ口に対する頂蓋パネルを構成させう
る。さらにまた、頂蓋パネルは容器の密封を行う部分５
′を有し、これら部分は素材の自由端縁に沿つて延在し
、該自由端縁と、素材に沿つて延在する折目線６とによ
つて限定されている。第１図〜第３図に示される包装容
器は端面４を有し、該端面４は側壁２，３の上縁線７に
沿つている平面に実質的に延在する。容器の一実施例に
おいては、前記折目線１７と６との間の距離は該容器の
幅の一に相当し、折目線１７と１８との間の角度は、こ
れら折目線間に位置される三角形の内折りされる頂蓋パ
ネル１６が、実質的に水平になるように選ばれる。密封
ひれ部５はそれに荷重が及ぼされるときその折倒位置に
変位され得、この場合、そのような折倒しを容易にする
ため、密封ひれ部５を形成するために設けられた折目線
６が利用される。
密封ひれ部５を作るためには、その両側に折目線６が設
けられ、密封ひれ部５の片側に配される折目線６は反対
側の折目線６よりも強い折目線として構成され、これに
よつて密封ひれ部５の折倒しの誘導を行う。このように
して、密封ひれ部５は、第３図に示されるごとく、容器
１の端面４に向かつて少ぐとも或る程度折下げられる即
ち傾斜されるように強いられる。次いで、包装容器１の
密封ひれ部５は、その端面４に配置された即ち積重ねら
れた第２の包装容器１２からの荷重を受けるときその端
面４に対し完全に折倒される。第４図及び第５図の包装
容器は他の実施例で密封ひれ部５を第１図及び第２図の
密封ひれ部より大きくしたものを示し、点線部１０より
先が長くなつており、密封ひれ部の折下げを容易にして
いる。

ための手段が実行されたときの前記第１図に示された本
発明に依る包装容器を示した斜視図；第３図は接頂して
互いに積重ねられた本発明に依る２個の包装容器を示し
た側面図；第４図及び第５図は本発明による包装容器の
一実施例の密閉方式を２位置を以て順次的に示した斜視
図：第６図は本発明による包装容器の素材を示した展開

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 少なくとも一層の熱塑性被覆物質で両側を被覆され
    た包装材で作られた直角六面体の包装体にして、該包装
    体の頂蓋部が頂蓋形成パネル４′、５′、１０′、１６
    で形成されると共にその頂蓋形成パネルで密封ひれ部５
    及び開封により注ぎ口を形成し、且つ三角形の内折りさ
    れる頂蓋パネル１６が密封時に水平になり、前記ひれ部
    が通常傾斜するようにその根本部の一方の折目線６を他
    方の折目線より強くしたことを特徴とする包装容器。
