Abstract

PURPOSE:To dampen the vibration transmitted from a compressor main body to the ground and consequently prevent the noise from generating by a method wherein the spring constant of springs for elastically supporting the supporter of the compressor to a fixed side is specified with respect to the mass of said supporter. CONSTITUTION:A case 3, to which the compressor main body 1 is fixed through connecting rods 6 therewithin, is elastically supported through springs 11 and 11 above the supporting plate 10 of the compressor. On the other hand, said supporting plate 10 is supported through springs 12 and 12 to the fixed side 4. The vibration transmitted from the compressor main body 1 to the ground is reduced and consequently the generation of the noise due to high frequency vibration such as metal noise is prevented by specifying the spring constant K1 of said spring 12 with respect to the mass M1 of said supporting plate 10 or by determining K1 and M1 so as to satisfy the equation represented in the attached figure.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Technical Field of the Invention] The present invention relates to a support device for a compressor that can reduce vibrations transmitted from the compressor to the ground.

The vibrations that occur during compressor operation include low-frequency vibrations and high-frequency vibrations. The compressor support device, which serves as a mechanism for absorbing these vibrations, is designed to support the compressor body l, as shown in Figure 1. It is suspended from the case 3 via a spring, and the case 3 is supported by a fixed side via a spring S, and this support device is capable of damping vibrations of the compressor main body l. Even if this is possible, a relative movement occurs between the compressor main body 1 and the case 3, which may cause the pipe connecting the compressor main body/and the case 3 to break, which is a design problem.

Therefore, as shown in Figure 1, a support device was proposed in which the compressor main body/case 3 is fixed with a connecting rod 6, and this is supported on the fixed side via a spring S. Since the compressor main body L and case 3 move together, there is no chance of the vibrator connecting the compressor main body L and case 3 breaking. Therefore, since it is supported, the effect of damping the vibrations of the compressor main body l is small, and it is difficult to suppress the vibrations emitted from the compressor to a specified value.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned points, and the integral structure of the compressor body and case is supported by a spring via an intermediate support, thereby damping vibrations transmitted from the compressor body to the ground, thereby reducing noise. An object of the present invention is to provide a support device for a compressor that prevents the occurrence of.

The object of the present invention is achieved by a compressor support device in which vibrations of the compressor main body are damped by setting the support body to a value that satisfies the equation of spring support on the fixed side.

As described above, according to the present invention, by specifying the spring constant of the spring for spring supporting the support body on the fixed side with respect to the mass of the support plate, the natural frequency can be kept low. By reducing the vibrations transmitted from the ground to the ground, noise caused by high-frequency vibrations such as metallic sounds, and noise caused by low-frequency vibrations such as whining noise, do not leak out of the case, allowing quiet operation to be maintained. This effect is achieved.
