Claims (1)

サンプリングボックスと、 Ｄ 上記サンプリングバルブが非採取状態にあるとき上
記プローブを通じてプロセス流路にスチームを逆噴射さ
せるスチーム供給路と、Ｅ このスチーム供給路から上
記プロセス流路にスチームを逆噴射させる動作に加えて
前記スチームより高圧のスチームを用いて上記プローブ
の内壁面に付着した堆積物を除去する手段と、を具備し
て成るプロセスガスクロマトグラフのサンプリング装置
