Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve workability and reliability by mounting an optical system for coaxially collimating a machine to be centered on a collimating table enable of hexa-axial adjusting and performing alignment measurement and adjusting work of machine in X-ray permeable path at any position. CONSTITUTION:X-ray tube 12 as a machine to be centered and a diaphragm 13 are provided at the lower portion of bed 11, while TV camera 18 focused to the reticle of telescope 16 is provided at upper portion and connected to monitor TV 20. Optical system of an alignment device comprised of the telescope 16 and beam splitter 17 is provided on the bed through a collimating table 21 to collimate the optical axis of alignment device to Z-axis of X-ray permeable path. A collimating table 21 is mounted in the center of a bridge 34 fixed to the bed 11 while adjusting screws 41... are fixed while facing with other on X and Y axis of a frame 38 to perform parallel adjusting of slide base 39 in the direction of X and Y axis and rotary adjusting around Z-axis and fixed.
