Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize beautiful interior illumination in a compartment by forming door trim and the like through covering cord members inducting the light with epidermal members equipped with many holes and providing a light source in opposition to cut faces of the cord members. CONSTITUTION:A door trim 7 is installed on an inner panel 5 of a door 1. The door trim 7 is formed with a cord member 9 to be a core material, a pat material 11 closely adhered face to face to the cord member 9 and an epidermal member 13 surrounding and stuck to the cord member 9 from above the pat material 11. Further, many holes 15 are made in an epidermal member 13 and a pat material 11 in opposition to each other. Furthermore, one end of the cord member 9 is formed into a cut face 17 and white coat 19, 21 are applied respectively to the cut face 17 and the reverse side of the cord member 9. The light source 27 is provided above in opposition to the cut facd 17. ートル乃至3ミリメートルの径としである。なお、表皮
が布地の場合は、第7図の如く目の荒い平織りのクロス
にして繊維の隙間が孔15・・・に構成される。また、
コード部419は、透明または半透明で光を誘導するア
クリルまたはAB S樹脂材等の材質で帯板状に成形さ
れ、一方の端縁は、はぼ45度にカットされたカッ1−
面17に形成されている。カット面17及び」−ド部材
9の裏面側には光を反射さけるための白色」−1−19
,21が施されている。カッj・面17と対向する上方
には、ハウジング23の取付孔25内に嵌挿支持された
光源27(バルブ)が配設されている。光1Ti27の
