Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve rigidity and to provide a large window which is easily detachable, by a method wherein each of side panels on both sides is detachably joined to a roof panel, at the forward end of each of their extended parts. CONSTITUTION:The upper end of a side panel 30 is extended along the back of a roof panel 20, and joined to the roof panel 20 by means of a bolt 50 approximately vertically inserted through a part in vicinity of the forward end of an entended part 31, and a reinforcing rib 33 is monolithically formed on the extending part 31. As noted above, the roof panel 20 and the side panel 30 are joined together by means of the bolt 50 vertically inserted, whereby high rigidity can be secured against lateral shake. Besides, the reinforcing rib 33 is situated on the corner part of a cabinet-like rear body formed by the roof panel 20 and the side panels 30, exhibiting its function as a reinforcing rib.

However, in the former case, since the rear pod (2) is an integrally molded product and is bulky, there is a problem in that transportation efficiency is poor when the rear pod (2) is transported to another location and assembled on the vehicle body. In the latter case, although the above-mentioned problem is solved, the integration using adhesive has a low working efficiency and also has problems in terms of strength. In addition, there is a desire among users of such automobiles to drive with the entire vehicle body removed or with only the roof panel removed, but in any of the above vehicle bodies (in the latter case, after being integrated with adhesive) However, it is not easy for the user to remove the integrated cover, and of course it is not possible to remove only the roof panel.

(1) In the present invention, the upper end of the side panel (■) is extended along the back surface of the roof panel (■), and the extension part C (
The bolt shown in the figure is inserted almost vertically near the tip of 11 and is connected to the loop panel 1, and a reinforcing rib (to) is integrally provided at the extension 0υ. In this way, the roof panel) and the side panel are inserted vertically into the roof panel) 61
It has high rigidity against side vibrations because it is connected by a reinforcing rib (to), and is located at the corner of a frame-like cabinet consisting of a roof, a panel (■) and a side spring (to which a reinforcing rib (to) is connected), and a side spring (to). Therefore, it fully demonstrates its function as a reinforcing rib. However, by providing ribs in the above-mentioned parts, the same reinforcement as in the sheet metal body was provided on each side of the frame-shaped chassis body consisting of the joined roof panel) and the left and right side panel members. This significantly improves the rigidity of the frame, greatly contributing to the protection of occupants in the event of a fall. It also prevents bolts from loosening, making unpleasant squeaking noises, and preventing rainwater from entering.

(2) In the present invention, the upper end of the side panel is extended along the back surface of the loop panel (a), and is connected to the roof panel near the tip of the extended portion Gυ, that is, both Since the panels are joined closer to the center of the roof panel (the panel to the roof panel), the distance between the bolt fastening positions on both sides is shortened. As a result, it is possible to reduce the number of beads provided on the roof panel (to prevent build-up), resulting in a better appearance and easier quality control during manufacturing. Furthermore, since the roof panel and side panel can be rigidly connected even with a small number of bolts and nuts 6υ, attachment and detachment work is facilitated.

(3) In the present invention, the edge of the roof panel () is gently curved downward, the upper edge of the side panel (■) is extended horizontally as much as possible along the curved part, and both panels Since the brushes are horizontally aligned and joined, the difference (1 (1)
) becomes smaller, and as a result, if the overall height of the rear body is the same as the conventional one, a correspondingly larger window can be secured, improving comfort.

(4) In the present invention, since there is a gap between the roof panel) and the side panel OI except for the bolted part, air can be discharged through the gap as shown by the arrow in FIG. The room is sufficiently ventilated, and the air flows along the ceiling, preventing condensation. In Fig. 5, - is an inset type ceiling material, and the ceiling material - has ventilation holes 6υ.

The tip of the extension eυ is bent upward to form a bent part (to), and this bent part (to) will prevent rainwater from entering the room if the seal of the bolt fastening part becomes loose and rainwater etc. enters the room. It has the function of preventing people from entering the room and hiding the fastening part in the absence of an inset ceiling, thereby improving the sense of shame in the room.
