    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 下部のキャビネット上に天板を取り付け、かつキャビネ
    ット内にファンヒータおよびファンヒータからの温風が
    送り込まれる乾燥室が設けられる厨房装置において、乾
    燥室とキャビネットの背板間から乾燥室の下部に連続し
    、かつその前端部がキャビネットのけ込み部に至る通風
    空間を設け、乾燥室と通風空間とは乾燥室の背部上方に
    おいて連通させ、かつ上記は込み部には排気口を設けた
    ことを特徴とする厨房装置。
