の上部と下部とに夫々ダクトを接続し、且つ該カバー内
に、前記上部ダクトより送られてきた廃棄物を前記ドラ
ム内に案内するシュータを回転可能に配設し、シュータ
下面に下部ダクトを閉鎖し得るような閉鎖バルブ面を有
し、該シュータを反転させた際該シュータの閉鎖バルブ
面により前記上部ダクトを閉鎖し得るよう構成したこと
