Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the inconvenience that common busses cannot be managed, by allowing a CPU to manage states of all control stations collectively with a common memory to perform the constitution control of each control station. CONSTITUTION:When a CPU1 which is connected to a master control station CST8 receives the fault report of the CST8 itself from the master CST8, the CPU1 refers to constitution control information in a common memory 4 to recognize the CST8 connected to the CPU1 as the master CST and rewrites this master CST with an idle CST and reports it to a CPU2 that the CST 8 is faulty. The CPU2 refers to constitution control information in the common memory 4 and issues a command to use a CST9 connected to the CPU2 as the master CST if the CST9 is a monitor CST. In this case, the constitution control is performed surely because the common memory 4 cannot be accessed simultaneously by two CPUs.
